The history of Zetamec has deep roots, dating back to the 1950s, when Gilberto Franzoni worked as a technical draftsman for the filing of industrial patents. His passion for mechanics and technical ingenuity traced the first lines of a path destined to evolve over time.
1963
Foundation of UTM
In 1963, with the founding of UTM – Ufficio Tecnico Meccanico, an entrepreneurial project officially took shape, rooted in the local territory and in the Italian technical culture, in Bassano del Grappa.
1992
Foundation of Zetamec
In 1992 Zetamec was established, the natural evolution of UTM. The company specialized in the production and distribution of steel flanges, becoming a reference point for reliability, service and product quality. Since then, Zetamec has built a solid network of customers and suppliers, offering tailored solutions and technical-commercial support.
2000s
…To international supply
In the 2000s Zetamec moved to its new headquarters in Romano d’Ezzelino (VI), marking a turning point in its growth. During this phase, the company expanded its activities beyond Italy, strengthening its position in the international industrial supply market.
